Instructions
  1. Salad Dressing — Ketchup is a necessary ingredient in many retro dressing recipes, including Thousand Island, Russian dressing, and a classic, Catalina. Ingredients: organic ketchup, white wine vinegar, onion, sugar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil (or other mild tasting oil), and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cocktail Sauce — Did you know that you can conjure a cocktail sauce by combining just two ingredients? Add grated horseradish to our organic ketchup until it's at your desired level of spicy heat, then serve alongside chilled shrimp or crab.
  3. Sweet and Sour Sauces — Ketchup gives the sauces body, sweetness, and tang, while fish sauce and lime juice add a Thai-inspired flavor. Ingredients: organic cane sugar, organic tomato ketchup, lime juice, white vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, fish sauce, canola oil, red onion, ground beef, Anaheim peppers or similar, and Roma tomatoes.
  4. Sloppy Joes — You can't go wrong with Sloppy Joes for dinner! This version includes a good amount of chopped vegetables, making it a nutritious one-dish meal. To switch things up, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Ingredietns: ground beef, olive oil, onion, celery stalks, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, tomato sauce, organic ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar (optional), and salt and pepper. Add our locally made hamburger buns to serve up this tastiness!
  5. Pad Thai — Suprisingly, ketchup really is a worthy substitute for tamarind paste in a pinch.
  6. Meatloaf Glaze — One of the best things about meatloaf is the sticky-sweet glaze on top! Use an offset spatula or spoon to spread organic ketchup on top of the meatloaf before baking, and it'll thicken into a tasty glaze as it bakes.
  7. Homemade Barbecue Sauce — Many, many recipes for homemade barbecue sauce start with a bottle of ketchup as the base. This version looks great and takes just 20 minutes from start to finish. Ingredients: organic ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes to taste, and garlic.
  8. Slow Cooker Cocktail Meatballs — If you've been tasked with bringing something to a potluck, a slow cooker full of meatballs is an easy crowd pleaser. This recipe uses a cup each of organic ketchup, grape jelly, apple juice, and tomato sauce in a 5-quart slow cooker. Stir in your best meatball concoction and let simmer on low for several hours.
  9. Franks and Beans — Ingredients: beans!, brown sugar, salt and pepper, spicy brown mustard, molasses, organic ketchup, pure maple syrup, bacon and hot dogs.
