  1. Heat a large skillet over high. Add the olive oil and fennel.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, orange juice, broth, and pomegranate juice.
  4. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer, turning once, until tender, 8 minutes.
  5. Uncover and cook on high until liquid is firms up in a syrup consistency about 3 minutes.
  6. To serve top withmint, fennel fronds, almonds, and pomegranate seeds.
